Processing your order
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving them.
However, orders received during the weekend or on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed the following business day.
We like to keep you posted, so we will send you an email to let you know your order has been processed, and then another to let you know when your product has been dispatched.

Returns and Refund Policy
If there is a fault with your product please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will email you a returns form. Please fill out this form and return it along with the faulty item within 5 days of receiving it to:

This helps us to understand your reasons for a refund or replacement. We make every effort to ensure your products arrive in the best condition but occasionally damage may occur during shipping so please include a photo of the damaged item as you received it with the returns form. Please note that within our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not offer product refunds or exchanges for change of mind or dislike of texture or fragrance of a product after purchase.
